Reflexology the practice of stimulating the reflexes of the feet or hands in a systematic manner in order to activate the healing powers of the body. It is a natural form of healing which uses the feet or hands to treat the whole body and is becoming one of the most popular therapies today.
FREE Reflexology trials are being held at Langstone Technology Park on 25th October to promote the new Reflexology service on-site. The trials will be available to current tenants only.
