Customer Satisfaction
Thanks to everyone who took the time to complete the 2011 customer satisfaction survey. We are delighted to say that we have beaten last years overall satisfaction result with a fantastic 92%. Here are some more of the highlights:
- 95% of employees would recommend LTP to another business looking for office space
- 99% of employees feel safe in their office environment
- 97.5% of employs rate the service teams as professional and approachable
- 99% of employees are satisfied with the main reception areas

Who is new @the Park
The last few months have been really busy and we have reached record occupancy levels. Here are some new companies you who now call LTP home:

- Arooga is a new social games company that develops and publishes original games for Facebook.
- 'Arooga! Games will be doing a User Test next Wednesday the 16th in meeting room C3 by the cafeteria between 12 and 2 o'clock and everyone who tests our games out will get a £5 lunch voucher to spend! Come along and bring your friends!'

- In case you missed the event last week, PEER 1 Hosting opened its new ‘state-of-the-art’ green data centre here at LTP.

Spotlight On…
An Epic Challenge for Cancer Research
Paula Parsons (Jobsite) husband Tim and his brother Paul Widger are attempting to cycle 400km over rough terrain across Vietnam to Cambodia.
When: January 2012
Their target is to raise over £7,500 for Cancer Research UK and they need your help!
Car Boot Sales
They are collecting any items that can be sold at car boot sales: clothes, toys, CD’s, DVD’s, computer games, books, ornaments, g etc.
